A very central and modern-thinking 26-room hotel in a lovely 1932 building previously a ballet school opened in 2011. Cubo is a concept boutique hotel, having sprung from the famous restaurant (and cookbooks) of the same name. Colors here are muted — variations on grey and beige, bordering on dull — and materials are all of a high standard. Some rooms have a view of the castle, others an uneventful back alley/car park.
