A very central and conspicuously well-designed food and drinks establishment in which the food, from Michelin- and tattoo-decorated Norwegian chef Jorg Zupan, matches the sleekly charcoal and woody decor for top-notch-ness. The menu of fish-friendly, meat-yummy and flavour-experimental dishes changes rather regularly, with four different multi-course options available, catering to both late afternooon/early evening light drinking/eating and full-on evening dinner experiences. The restaurant is linked to the nearby Grand Hotel Union, and its name translates as 'atelier', as in the celebrated chef. Opened October 2016. Located one minute from the Triple Bridge.
